Revelations 18:4

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

It seems like the denominational religious leaders of today are teaching more and more that the Lord wants all Christians to dwell together in unity. The Lord does want all Christians to dwell in unity, but only upon a right basis for that unity. The Scripture says we are all baptised into one spirit, and we worship in spirit and in truth. We have unity only in the truth of the Word and the Holy Spirit making it come alive. The Holy Spirit will not dwell in anything but the Word of God. So how can Christians dwell together in unity in their own theology and teaching that make the Bible mere debatable material?

You were called out of the theology, theories, and enticing words of man’s wisdom to dwell in something higher. You came out of something that is built on sand to dwell in Christ the solid rock. Someone who is not a Believer will say the exact same thing, though, so then what is the real difference in the church of God?

When a believer is born again and hears the Shout of the Word for their day they don’t just stop talking like the world and start to use Christian rhetoric, but they are changed. This separation of the new birth causes them to be a new creature in Christ. Old things passed away and all things became new. They came out of what they were and into the very life of Christ.

A person becomes the true Church of God the moment they are quickened into that which they were predestined to, into Christ Jesus. The desires and affections of the world should no longer be there, but the desires for the Word and Christ take hold. Yes, they live in fallen flesh and make mistakes, but they have tapped into the eternal stream of God’s very life and are therein changed into a new creature.

Don’t just be a Believer that uses Message rhetoric and is there by mere association. Come up higher, come up further into the riches of Christ’s mercy and grace. Draw nearer to Him and He will draw nearer to you.

65-0427 - “Does God Change His Mind?”

The Church Itself, the word church means "called-out one, come out," those who have come out. "Come out of her, My people! Be ye separated, saith the Lord, and I will receive you unto Myself. Touch not their unclean things." The Church of God is called out of the world, out of the chaos of the world. You're no more of the world. As I was trying to say, the other night, to you, it's when you know that you have the earnest of your—of your Eternal redemption right now in you, by the baptism of the Holy Spirit, it's already quickened you. You are now risen with Him, and we're sitting together in Heavenly places, in Christ Jesus. See, you're no more of the world. If you love the world, and your affections are still on the things of the world, then the love of God is not even in you. See? We are from, free from the world. There is no more desire.
