John 6:44

No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

I can remember the first time I felt the Lord tugging on my heart in a church service. I was a young man living without the Lord in my heart. He pulled something from so deep within me that I couldn’t resist His call. As I found myself at the altar crying, I knew that I had experienced the Lord in a way that I could never have produced on my own, but my faith simply believed in Him. He took me just as I was and made me new.

During the great crusades of Rev. Billy Graham one song consistently rang out at the end of the service, Just As I Am. One of the verses in that song rings out the words that every believer can relate to:

Just as I am, without one plea,
But that Thy blood was shed for me,
And that Thou bid’st me come to Thee,
O Lamb of God, I come! I come!

The Lord bade you to come to Him and it was your faith that responded to His call. It is nothing that you make believe, or try to conjure up, it is a simple submission to the Master's call. The sixth sense, faith, receives the Lord’s bidding and responds to the deep calling to the deep within your soul.

Just have faith that He called you to where you are and He will raise you up in the last day. Hold that before your path at all times. Let your faith hold onto Him.

47-0412 - “Faith Is The Substance”
Now, there is the five senses of the body. Now, they're positive, aren't they? You know when they happen. You know. Now, you're looking at a audience. You know you're looking at me. Well, then friends, faith… Here it is. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. It's positive. You know it. There's no need of anybody telling you anything more about it. It's just as much declared as any of these other five senses of the body. You know what I mean? How many has a general understanding now of what I mean? Let's see your hands. See, see?

58  It ain't what you try to make yourself believe. Now, for instance, I try to make myself believe I'm hearing music. I—I wouldn't do it. May I make myself believe I'm smelling perfume. It's just not there. I've got to absolutely do it. You see what I mean? And faith is that positive. It is an act of positive. You know it. Oh, my, I hope you see it, what I mean.
