John 10:9
“I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.”

One of the key indicators of the last days is that people would be conceited, loving pleasure more than God, and having a form of godliness but denying the power of God to move. They would love their own ideology and pursuits of pleasure more than God, even though they are displaying a form of godliness. This is exactly the type of person who will cry out, “Did not we cast out demons in your name?”, to which He will reply, “I never even knew you, depart from me ye workers of iniquity.”

God is a jealous God. He is just and holy, but He does not let sin go unpunished. We know that the wages of sin is death, and that there are consequences to living unrighteously. It is a trick of Satan, who has blinded the eyes of this evil age, to make people believe they are right when they are not. We may think we are pleasing God, when in actuality He is not pleased. We may think our works are adding up to something, when God never even sees them. We have to play the game by God’s rules.

He is the gate and He is the way, and we can only enter into the kingdom through Him. We enter into Christ through a new birth and through that rebirth we display the life of Christ. At the end of our lives, the only thing that will matter is what we did with the Truth of our day. What we are being judged by now is what we do with the Truth. If we accept it and live by it then there is no condemnation and we have passed from death to life. It is His rules, and we must abide by them.

The Word is the rule book, so get into the Word and let it live through you.

And just remember this; that's a good lesson for the church of the living God. If we don't play the game according to the rules, we'll be disqualified at the end. You have to keep the rules of the game to win. And if the rules of the game in this place, is a man must be borned again to enter into the fellowship of Christ and His church, and we might be the greatest denomination on earth, but if we haven't played the rules of the game, we'll be disqualified at the end. We've got to come straight with God's rules. It isn't our rules; it's His rules, that we've got to abide by. We're running the race according to His rules, and we have to abide by them.
