Psalm 128:1-6
“Blessed is everyone that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways. For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord. The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life. Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.”

Men in today’s society need to know their values and where they stand in their faith. At a point in history where Satan would deceive the very elected of God if it were possible, it is even more important that we do this. A man must stand strong in his values, to protect himself and his family and to accomplish all that God has for him. Values are those things which are of worth and importance, such as our principles. A man, without knowing who he is and where he stands, is like a bobber floating in the water with no direction, susceptible to the current.

King David wrote as a man who knew his values. He knew that it was God and his family that meant the most to him. He writes the basic instruction guide to the man who knows his values. We are to fear the Lord and walk in the ways that God has given us. This will cause us to be satisfied with the work that we do. It will cause our homes to prosper and flourish. It will cause our wives to be strong and stable. It will affect your children and bring the blessing of God upon you.
If you are a man who is trying to get wealth, and you put your value in that, then it will not stand. If you are a man seeking popularity, then you may find it and realize it was not what you really wanted. Men must know where they stand today. They must know their values and stand strong in them. May we be men of faith in Jesus Christ and stand strong in it in the midst of Laodicea! May we be men of valor for the Kingdom of God!

Then will the Lord bless the wife, the children, the work of that man; the man that fears the Lord and walks in His ways.

65-0815 - “And Knoweth It Not”
Where is a man that stands for what's right? Where is the man that's not afraid to speak out? Regardless, the whole world's against him, speak out for what's right; and stand for it and die for it. Where is our Arnold von Winkelried again today? Where is men of integrity? Where is men with spirit? They're so wishy-washy and gaumed up until they don't know where they stand. God, let me stand with the principles of one Man, as a minister, the Word of Jesus Christ. "For heavens and earth will pass away, but It'll never fail. On this Rock I'll build My Church; the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."
